Setting up Distributed Rendering in VRAYforC4D

By October 8, 2013No Comments

Recently VRAYforC4D has updated running the latest available version of V-Ray, and here, Josef Bsharah takes a look at one of the newest features implemented in VRAYforC4D, showing how to set up for distributed rendering.

In this tutorial Josef Bsharah shows how to set up distributed rendering within Cinema 4D

Distributed rendering is a bit different than rendering over a network, allowing you to render a single frame over computers in a network, where network rendering would distribute one frame of an animation to one computer at a time. Distributed rendering can be really helpful when rendering super high-rez still images, not only speeding up render time, but also sharing networked computer resources.
