Battle Axe’s Overlord Now Supports Transferring Illustrator Gradients to After Effects
Adam Plouff’s Overlord gets an update with some new features. One, in particular, is a huge deal. The latest release now supports the transfer of gradient strokes and fills from Adobe Illustrator to Adobe After Effects. Illustrator gradients work comes across as real shape layer gradient in After Effects.
Also featured in the update are new fill and stroke color updating, clipping mask support, better vertical alignment and leading for text. Overlord will now factor in After Effects layer positioning when transferring shapes back to Illustrator.
Battle Axe’s exchange tool is shaping up to have amazing integrations between After Effects and Illustrator. Visit Battle Axe to learn more.
