A jacked up Ryan Walker with this great introduction to completing a tracking shot in Syntheyes where he tracks some footage, brings it into Cinema 4D (but really it can be any 3D application) to add some simple geometry to the shot, and then composites the whole thing together in After Effects, completing the whole process. This is a great overview of not only the Syntheyes software, but the entire process. Saw-eet.
