A Look at Corona’s Amazing LightMix in Cinema 4D

If you haven’t had a look at Corona Render’s new LightMix feature, this is a good opportunity. Render Legion recently released Corona Render 1.5 for 3ds Max. That update offered a way to alter the lighting for a scene after it was rendered.

Interactive LightMix lets you adjust the attenuation of lights, while it’s rendering or after the render is complete. You can change the intensity (even turn them on or off) and color of lights and light emitting materials. It’s quite amazing actually.

The demonstration shows off an build of Corona for Cinema 4D which is a release candidate. It’s pretty amazing to see lights being adjusted to that level of control in the VFB.
