DGDM’s SLiB Base Vol. is 180 Redshift Materials for C4D, Like Concrete, Fabric, Leather, Wood, and More.
Everyday material packs are super-handy to have around. If you don’t have a library of your own to draw from, luckily there are a few options that you can buy. A new one from DGDM sees a port of SLiB Volume 1 over to Redshift and Cinema 4D. Daniel Macha of DGDM explains that after a bunch of C4D users requested that the material pack for Maya would also be a good fit for Cinema 4D. Previously the Base Vol. 1 collection was only available for Arnold and Redshift Renderers hosted by Autodesk Maya.
Now, SLiB Base Vol. 1 is also available for Redshift in Cinema 4D. The Everyday material pack is as the name suggests, a base of conventional materials that are handy to have around. The Redshift Cinema 4D Materials pack has 180 shaders over a range of categories that include:
- Car paint
- Concrete
- Fabric
- Glass
- Leather
- Liquids
- Metal
- Plastic
- Special
- Stone
- Wood
Materials like Leather or Fabric are fully customizable. Just set your desired color or connect a texture map and you are good to go!
If you are looking for a low-cost shader pack for RS and C4D, Base Vol. 1 is only $30.00. Visit DGDM to learn more.
