Jonas Pilz shows us how to slice falloffs using fields in C4D R20.

There is no doubt that Fields are an enormous feature in Cinema 4D. Fields run deep, interwoven into C4D in many places — They also are an extremely flexible feature letting users create some fantastic setups sometimes though it is difficult to figure out how to use them to affect some configurations. Maxon’s Jonas Pilz shows how to slice falloffs using the field system in R20.

“There are also quite a few exciting parameters to be discovered. ” Jonas notes, showing off some of those parameters, explaining how things work and also runs through some of the possibilities. Fields entirely replace C4D Falloffs, but the best part is that you can use Fields almost anywhere.
