Toolchefs launches Atoms Unreal Open Beta

Toolchefs has just launched a new open beta for the Unreal engine integration of their crowd engine, Atoms Crowd.

The public beta will run until the end of April 2020.

Atoms Unreal

Atoms Unreal will enable game developers to create simulations with thousands of crowd actors that run in real-time, even on consumer hardware.

Users can create their own behaviors using UE4’s native Blueprint system or via C++.

The Atoms Unreal plugin is Toolchefs’ first step into the real-time market and enables users to transfer simulation caches from other apps for visualization, or to create simulations directly inside the game engine.

About Atoms Crowd

Atoms Crowd (https://atoms.toolchefs.com/) is a software-agnostic crowd system that is already integrated into Autodesk Maya, SideFX Houdini, TheFoundry Katana, Gaffer, and Isotropix Clarisse.

A Blender integration is also coming in 2020.
