How to Make an Animation With Dynamic Objects and Holes in C4D

By August 9, 2019No Comments

Rémi Cabarrou shows how you can make dynamic objects fall through a moving hole in C4D.

Paris Based Artist Rémi Cabarrou, also known as Roger Kilimanjaro shares some insights into his methods for creating an animation that uses dynamic objects and dynamic holes in Cinema 4D. The demonstration covers how he made a bunch of cubes fall into a hole, while the hole was moving around the scene.

An animation like this might initially seem complicated to create, but Cabarrou shows that it’s just a boolean (making the hole) and a Mograph Cloner with dynamics set. It’s an easy way to get dynamic objects to fall through a hole that motivates the fall.
